The company has ushered in the new year with a new robot arm automated painting department, part of a significant reorganisation of the production process.
The whole painting process takes place in the paint booth. Automated Guide Vehicles transport the products into the painting area for two firing cycles and drying. Once the process is complete, the AGV move the carriages with the completed material back out of the area.
This technological, efficient manufacturing process is also safe for the factory workers, who do not need to operate in the paint booth.
