CCS Technology
This is why Rubinetterie Treemme has developed the CCS (Center Cold Start) cartridge, designed in collaboration with the German specialist Flühs.
CCS technology makes these cartridges more intuitive and safer to use than traditional C3 cartridges. The lever can be turned both right and left, avoiding mishandling and preventing possible damage.
The principle is simple yet effective. When the tap is in a central position or is turned to the right, it dispenses only cold water, avoiding unnecessary activation of the boiler for brief usage, such as washing hands. Only when the lever is turned to the left does the tap gradually dispense first a blend of hot and cold and then hot water. This smart solution improves energy saving and product durability, for a more comfortable, sustainable, everyday user experience.

How CCS works
Developed in collaboration with Flühs Drehtechnik, the CCS cartridge maintains all the ergonomics of a traditional mixer tap; the only difference is that the cold zone occupies the right half of the rotation range, starting from and including the central position.
