As Milano Design Week 2026 draws to a close, Rubinetterie Treemme would like to thank all those who took part in the events, helping to make this a shared experience packed with encounters and ideas.
This intense week was experienced through three distinct yet profoundly connected events, in which water was interpreted as a narrative device able to generate relationships, space and emotions.
During Design Week, Rubinetterie Treemme presented three projects, each developed in a different setting and aimed at exploring new avenues for dialogue between aesthetics, function and design research.
PURE FLOW
In the heart of the Brera Design District, Rubinetterie Treemme presented PURE FLOW, an immersive installation in which water played the starring role.
The project, by Studio Q-Bic, transformed the setting into a sensory experience, in which the rain - real and controlled - shaped a narrative of rhythm, perception and matter. The installation sought to engage visitors directly, inviting them to experience design rather than merely admire it.
AD AQUAM 2026 – REFLECTIONS | INTERNI MATERIAE
Rubinetterie Treemme played a part in the INTERNI MATERIAE exhibition-event with AD AQUAM 2026 - REFLECTIONS, hosted in the Courtyard of Honour of Milan University.
The project represents the evolution of a journey embarked on in previous years, developed in cooperation with POLI.design and the School of Design of the Milan Polytechnic and designed to bring together education, industry and research, with a special focus on inclusion and sustainability.
The installation shaped a reflection on the role of water in contemporary design, allowing visions and skills to engage with new generations of designers.
Milano’s Loft
With Milano's Loft, Rubinetterie Treemme's showroom in Via Mecenate was transformed into a space open to relationships and dialogue.
In an environment designed to welcome professionals, partners and visitors, the company's collections were showcased in a dynamic setting, fostering direct engagement between the products and how they are designed and used, offering an opportunity to examine the Rubinetterie Treemme design language more closely, through a shared, hands-on experience.
