Rubinetterie Treemme design is making its mark on the international scene. The company took home an accolade in the ICONIC AWARDS 2026 for Aurelia, designed by Danilo Fedeli, in the “Product – Sanitation and Wellness” category, and in the German Design Awards 2027 for W-touch, designed by Giampiero Castagnoli, in the “Excellent Product Design – Bath and Wellness” category.
The awards highlight two distinct design approaches, which demonstrate Rubinetterie Treemme’s ability to combine aesthetic research, functionality and innovation in the development of solutions for the bathroom.
The ICONIC AWARDS are presented for architectural projects and innovative solutions in the fields of architecture, interior design, product design and building technologies. The German Design Awards acknowledge excellence and innovation in design.
Aurelia: sculptural lines and reflections of light
Designed by Danilo Fedeli, Aurelia offers a new take on classic bathroom tap shapes, through precise geometries and sculptural proportions. The defining feature of the collection is the finish on the cylindrical surfaces: precisely calibrated lines capture and reflect the light, lending depth to the volumes and highlighting their design.
W-touch: integrated technology, sleek controls
Designed by Giampiero Castagnoli, W-touch comprises shower controls and systems with a “press and adjust” mechanism, available in mechanical or thermostatic versions, used to control the water flow and temperature. When not in use, the knobs retract right back into the plate, creating a continuous, linear surface. This detail brings a practical element into the product’s design, encapsulating the blend of form and function that underpins the collection.
