Rubinetterie Treemme: the value of our roots, the power of the future

Beyond Siena, over the Ponte d'Arbia bridge, lies this glowing land, my inseparable companion however far away I go”. This is how the poet Mario Luzi describes the Crete Senesi, one of the most enchanting areas in Italy, with its calanques and characteristic biancane formations shaping a lunar landscape that can be found nowhere else but in the heart of Tuscany.

It’s here, in Asciano, that Rubinetterie Treemme has its roots.

Land and identity

In an increasingly globalised world, Rubinetterie Treemme has made a conscious choice to remain bound to its roots, to the deep connection with the land of its birth. We firmly believe that this decision not to delocalise production allows us to maintain outstanding product quality and, above all, to preserve a social and cultural fabric unique to this area. This is what we mean by “Made in Asciano”, a concept that means much more than the traditional “Made in Italy”, and this philosophy is evident in our in-house production, direct selection of suppliers and continual investment in our factory.

Industry bound to craftsmanship

Rubinetterie Treemme is a forward-looking industrial company, with consistent, ambitious development evidenced by the introduction of automated painting systems, interconnected vertical warehouses, automated lathes in operation round the clock and the digitalisation of processes using advanced tools.

This technological evolution is always complemented by traditional craftsmanship expertise, and each process is carried out by skilled operators with a bespoke approach. Investment in training is an integral part of this vision, bridging the gap between tradition and innovation.

Collaborations with the world of academia

This bond with the local area is also evident in our desire to create fruitful links with those involved in study and design, i.e. Design and Architecture universities and institutes.

Rubinetterie Treemme has a number of collaborations in place with Italian universities, providing technical know-how, design experiences and digital tools to foster dialogue between industry and design culture.

The aim of this is to train tomorrow’s professionals, working with them to shape new scenarios focused on sustainability, aesthetics and innovation.
