Sustainability · Green Attitude

For us here at Rubinetterie Treemme, sustainability is something that’s happening now and can be measured. It regards the product, the production process and our relationship with our customers.

Every tap that leaves our factory is specifically designed and crafted to consume less, last longer and respect resources.

Water Label: an informed choice

Sustainability starts with transparency. This is why Rubinetterie Treemme adopts the Water Label system: a classification standard that allows the customer to immediately see how much water each product uses.

This intuitive, readily comprehensible classification system helps guide designers, installers and end users towards more efficient solutions, reducing environmental impact and optimising daily consumption without sacrificing performance and design.

"Transparency is the first step towards sustainability. Water Label is tangible proof of this commitment."

Water saving built into our products

User-friendly design has always been the signature feature of Rubinetterie Treemme taps.

For years now, we’ve been developing solutions that combine style with innovation and respect for the environment, bringing on board technologies focused on water saving and energy efficiency right from the product design stage.

Concepts such as biocompatibility and energy saving are the guiding principles that shape products able to cut consumption without impacting the user experience. Each tap becomes a conscious action: less waste, more value.

The energy our factory runs on

For Rubinetterie Treemme, sustainability regards the entire manufacturing process. We have invested in a 520.27 kWh photovoltaic plant, able to cover a significant portion of our daily energy requirements. The rest is provided by the Buseto Wind Farm, so all the energy we use is from renewable sources.

With regard to materials, our production is focused on steel and PVD finishes, which are more sustainable than traditional electroplating, using fewer chemicals and employing processes with lower environmental impact.
